Drink Your Juice in the Morning!

There are many ways to start the morning. Some start with a hearty breakfast, featuring eggs, bacon, coffee, hash browns, and biscuits. Others refer to have coffee or nothing at all for breakfast. Many experts are now publishing the scientific benefits associated with consuming juice as a complimentary or stand-alone breakfast option.

One-hundred-percent juice blends and options are available at local supermarkets, health food stores, and grocery stores. These concoctions provide one with ample amounts of protein, complex carbohydrates, and essential vitamins and minerals, to get one's energy going. Making organic and natural juices at home can be an even better breakfast pick-me-up. Combine one banana with one cup of blueberries. Add one tablespoon of peanut butter and a cup of milk or almond milk for an energy-boosting shake that is full of vitamins, nutrients, and anti-oxidants.

There is a large difference between juice-blend cocktails and one-hundred percent juice blends. Juice cocktails contain a significant amount of corn syrup and sugars, which are bad for the body's regulatory systems and cause the body to crash. Whole juice cocktails and blends from concentrate provide the body with natural nutrients and vital supplements to nourish the body and provide hours of energy.

Having fresh-squeezed juice or a juice smoothie for breakfast is a healthy and nutritious way to start the day. Scientists and researchers continue to post medical evidence alluding to the fact that a diet rich in fruits and vegetables can promote a healthy well-being.
